then a simple stir fry brocolli with meatballs. (meatballs was planned for supper, but last few nites never crave for supper. and one of the nite, Cheng buy porridge for supper. i dont like to store frozen food too long even the expiry date is quite far away. i always to finished them within 1, 2 wks.
i fry the prawns with lots of ginger, add a bit of dark soya sauce and finally add red wine just b4 i off the fire. who says white meat with white wine? it tastes as good. :)
