Haidilao HotPot - we call steamboat in our hometown.
just for laugh . . . 
Once i asked about it in the tripadvisor,
me "Nov/ dec is such a good weather for steam boat. Any advise?"
reply "Steam boat? What steam boat? December the water freeze in most places in Beijing. "

i tik it's a pretty gd idea.

deep fried fish, but i tik it would be better if a little more brown
