this is 冬瓜 with dried shrimps. this simple dish is enough for me to go with 2 bowls of rice.

Jasvin loves this, i miss her so i cook this. tofu egg with minced meat.

"Dua chai" pork ribs soups, 清凉

day 1 - 2 nov 25 -26, 2011  friday & saturday

 day 1 - Excited about the holiday. and it's the first time Michael & LC is travelling with us. hope everything goes well.

 day 2 - we arrived Beijing about 1am or so. we were approached with the hotel deal and take it so that M would have a good rest. we do too. so he said 3 star...but we are doubtful. anyway for a couple of hours of sleep, i just cleaned up change and sleep.  The water dripping fr our toilet is pretty noisy . it goes 'ti ti tak tak' and the bath tub and bowl has stained. fortunately the breakfast is quite good. it is called the '葱油包‘ and free transport to airport for our meeting with the tour guide.

i went to both 廣州和三亚, don't remember seeing stray dog or cats, especially the first. but in Beijing, i see them straying around.

 this hotel just started business in october 2011. it is definetly clean and comfortable but a bit far from city. we will stay 4 nites here during the group tour.
