19nove2016, Saturday
We were supposed to join DreamCruise for a 8days/7 nights cruise trip. They have a sudden change in their itinery. We took the 6days/5nights instead, since my hubby has a tight schedule in the office. We had booked our air tickets earlier and it could not be changed as their were on offer. Hence we had to stay a night in Hong Kong before we embark and again a night after we disembark. It's really hectic with the checking in and out. Anyway we took this opportunity to meet our friends and had a good time together.

We arrived Hong Kong about 9.30am, so decided to go to our favourite place for dimsum before going to Hong Kong island. We waited almost half an hour for Annie and her friends but cannot see them. My hubby had to walk up and down to look for them, I guard at exit A while N sit and wait at a coner. We were worried that they cannot find their way as we had also arranged earlier to meet them. I called her a couple times, finally she pick up and say they are on their way to hotel. Time and energy wasted but good to hear they are alright.

We made our way to our favourite dimsum place. (we cannot check into the hotel til 2pm)
*Remember to buy the Octopus card.
We took bus, S1 to Tung Chung station . It's about 10 to 15 minutes bus ride. This restaurant is in City Gate, 2 floors up from the entrance.
It is a popular place for the Hong Kong people. We had been here many times. We had seen it renovated twice, I think. (my friends said they do have many branches around Hond Kong)
Delicious dim sum!!
We had booked Burlington Hotel. She is situated in Wan Chai, Hong Kong island. From WanChai mtr station, only a few minutes walk. Later we found out that bus H1 goes to the hotel (nearby) from Hong Kong station(express station). Just show air ticket or hotel booking, it's free.
Our room on the first night is really tiny, but nice and comfortable. Good for a night. Really little space for luggage and we could barely walk. On our second stay, our room is much bigger. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Many happenings around too.

We had booked 2 rooms but only one is ready. Hence, we give it to N to check in and rest. We left our luggages in her room (could have left in the reception.)
Our friends came to our hotel to meet us. We took the "ding ding" (towards Sai Kei Wan station) so that we could chat more and view Hong Kong comfortably.
