My owl - inspiration to draw

After a long wait, I finally visited my first owl cafe in Sapporo! I spent almost three hours here which I never feel I did. I took a lot of photos for the owls only. Some refused to look at me especially when I took out my camera til they (the heads) follow me when I moved around them. It was really exciting to hold each of them. I can only speak English to them.

This owl turned away from me at first , later his head started to follow me when I took more photos of him. Very adorable. He loves to be pet from the back and will closed his eyes at times, enjoying the comfort.


I hope to put him into my clothes and close to my heart.

I did a quick draft and I am ready to draw. I don't know how I want to draft him, but I want to draw.





After some sketching, I just continue and love the details in each of his feathers. . . .


I love it.
