Food

2012-5-8,  My son will not be home for dinner, hence a simple should be ok.










 
I had pork ribs porridge with Del this afternoon. i had cooked extra for   super. somehow dad want porridge so i made meat balls and steam a fish as he wanted. . . .

he smashed my meat balls!!!.....while i was taking foto ........ :) 

I had prepared this dinner for 2 special friends i made in our Beijing trip and M & LC

fry 'tang hoon' (clear noodles) with 'sng ah' (chinese vege) , 3 layered pork and lots of dried prawns. learned this dish from my grandma. we normally have this during the chinese new year period. 'sng ah' is more available during this time of the year and it means good luck too. ( go wealth to count )
