| fry 'tang hoon' (clear noodles) with 'sng ah' (chinese vege) , 3 layered pork and lots of dried prawns. learned this dish from my grandma. we normally have this during the chinese new year period. 'sng ah' is more available during this time of the year and it means good luck too. ( go wealth to count ) |
