The Wedding Cake
My girl wanted a real cake, an edible cake for her wedding. Choo agreed to help. She asked for a 3-tier but Choo thinks 3 tier is too small, suggested a 5 tier. My girl do not want the frosted cover. she requested for a real cake, any flavour but design with sunflowers. I suggested artificial flowers but Choo thinks the handmade would be nicer, so we to mix both.
She was so excited that she baked a 'huge' mini one to surprise my daughter on her birthday!
My girl love the cake. She thinks this is a good size already. The lovely roses were hand made.
Later, she even go for more classess on cake baking and design.

Here comes the actual day. Choo has started baking about 3 days ago. part by part, layer by layer.
This is the most exciting time. When we collected the cakes, the
smell was so fragrance that everyone circle around the cake .....to wait for one. hahaha.
"wow, smells reall delicious!"
"Hmmmm....very good leh!"
even the restaurant helpers came to see and praised the cake. I know Choo felt very excited and nervous , hence i tried to cool her. I was excited too!
