Miyakojima

 

The walk to the beach was supposeingly 20 minutes, but we definetly took longer than that. Many scene in a new and foreign place always amuse me. We walked into any shop that is opened, though mostly minimart.

it says beautiful beach is nearaby! we noticed a group of crews on their way too. there are other passengers too.

I try "konichiwa" and he turned to look at me. I didn't noticed anybody nearby, but he sits quietly and patiently, people watching. I am sure our Hugo will not do that. He would probably be exploring and getting lost later. or may be not?

The water is pretty clear and cooling, especially after a long walk under the scourching sun.

I had a good swim while Choo sit and relax. We met some Taiwanese family and built up some conversation together. The woman said they saw some dolphins as we sailed off the day before. Wow! that was really exciting!

Just  across the beach, we noticed the minimart , a cafe and a Japenese restaurant. Looking at the prices, we feel  comfortable to give it a try. Monchi is just our starter from the minimart.

 We were show to these seats! Owls cushions! so lovely. There is this recess for our legs, very comfortable.

the sashimi was really good . The display on the boat makes a very marvelous presentation.

We were seated facing the beach and our cushion seat has my favourite owl prints!!!! They just lightened my mood. Bingo!

I want to take a taxi, but my friend prefer to stroll back. We strolled back the other side of the street. It's still very hot, but we are enjoying.

 this drinks dispenser is plentiful along the street.

 I suspect that winds must be pretty strong certain time of the year, that's why the trees are well supported.

Star Aquarius - very thoughful to "dressed" the corner, on our way to disembarking. All exccited passengers.
















We finished our dinner at about 8pm, I slept til next morning 7am!!! 11 hours!! OMG!!!
