My girl's watch has not been working properly, so I thought I could get her one. It took long for us to decide what she like, and she doesn't like it. Ah! head big liao!! what to do with the watch??

Had a satisfied hair cut . I do not walk into Convertor often unless I am looking for something, but somehow something just attracted me to walk in like a magnet. I discovered these beautiful bag in bag. And it's awfully OWL!!!

After the hubby enjoyed his TV programmes, he argued over a date to add to file! why would it be so difficult to do so??? Spoil my night, spoil my mood!!!! :((((

I was getting more fabric pens when I noticed these porcelain pens on sale. It would be a great idea to draw on my white porcelains too!

I try to match the bowl and the plate as one set. Shall see what I can do for the next set.

I think I am too anxious today, my stroke were too fast. The stroke need to be slower for the ink to flow out, especially when the bowl has fine tented lines. Nevertheless, I like them ...

 
Tonight, I'll try to bake and hope it stays. keeping my fingers cross.:0  :0

I baked the first 2 sets at 160deg c for 90mins

I am glad it turned out well.

D162.18.5.21 An owl a day  a purplish owl today. A very exciting day.

 I started drawing the first  eye wrongly. I wanted a pair of  convex smiling eyes. But each in a different direction looks perfect.









I was watching the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's , hence I added the hearts. ↓↓

it's good to draw with one colour first, wait for it to dry, then it's easier to handle the next colour.

I baked the first two sets again as I had added more details

  

Then, I baked the next two sets
160 deg. c, 90 minutes

Time to enjoy my arts. ( Pork ribs + beef porridge,  Mmmmm yummilicious.!!! )

I managed to give one dress a new live today, after many days. almost 2 weeks.
When she come home, we can do the measurement and discussion and wait for another week . . .

D164.18.5.23 An owl a day a dreamy one

I was about to sleep when owl with lots of "balls" pop out. I smiled to myself and continue to sleep then another yellow one pop out, another spiky one pop out. I quickly get up and draw them . But just cannot how the 3rd one look like. When I was back to bed , a very bright pink elephant pop out! I can't understand.

 Ha, I copy this owl from Owl No Mori at Akihabara,Tokyo.

She/He is one of the lovely owls we met. The place is clean and has many different types of owls.

 For the left side, I added some flowers.

I transferred one from here too. can you detect which flower?

 added the background but thinks it's quite plain. . .

Hotel Transylvania 3 will be on the big screen soon. It's time to revise the earlier show.... while chasing Hotel Transylvania part I, the hubby was already snoring .... :((

We decided to watch both Hotel Transylvania, part I and 2 again. And mysteriously we watched Daddy's home too. For this I only enjoyed the part 1. 
We are ready for Hotel Transylvania , part 3!!

I was hoping to do a 'see me, no see me' dress for myself, like the one I did for her.
Then I noticed a dress  I had altered before but yet to wear. It has strips too, but irregular ones. It should be lovely to add all owls at the base. so I scribble a set long enough for the front and the back. it  is made up of four A4 landscape paper. . . .

D169.18.5.28 An owl a day full of owls today.
I will not stick any scotchtape aa before as the strips are too thin. I am going to trace directly,  cross my fingers no mistake. pleaseee!!! This material smudge quickly than before each stroke got to quick.  I put some colours for the eyes to make them more lively.
I am done.!!!

I had wanted to buy an orange pen for her skirt but end up buying two full bags of diy staffs. Bought a set of three canvas board and  pastels. I may be able to do a little painting for my gate since it has just been repainted and all the older owls are gone.

I did this with six  owls  . . .
